How to Increase the Value of Your Services: Features vs Benefits

Often times, a sales message under performs because you have described your widget according to it’s features (and not it’s benefits).  Unless you can put a man on the moon (which has been done already) the features of your widget are unlikely to impress.  But, if you describe your widget according to it’s benefits it sounds much more interesting to a prospective customer.  The video explains what I mean.
